On the first day the patient meets with a Provider who will prescribe safe withdrawal medication.
The clinical team, in collaboration with the medical team, completes assessments to gain key information required to determine level of care and treatment planning.
During the recovery phase, patients are motivated to achieve treatment goals while participating in individual counseling, group therapy and support. Intensity of services depends on level of care of the patient.
The medical team will continue to manage medication to ensure patients have discontinued or reduced drug use, no longer have cravings and monitor that little to no side effects are present.
Continuing care is an essential part of a patient’s recovery and relapse prevention plan. Medical providers will work with the clinical team to develop and manage a treatment plan that allows for the lowest and most effective medication dose.
